Terms and Conditions
Effective September 29, 2026 · Applies to Odyssey VTC website, Drivers Hub, and connected community features.
These terms explain how you may use Odyssey’s community service. By creating an account or using the Hub, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. About the service
Odyssey VTC provides a community website and Drivers Hub for its members and invited representatives of other virtual trucking companies (VTCs). Features include account profiles, community events, event invitations and slot requests, job and activity records for Odyssey drivers, and Discord notifications where enabled. The Hub is a community service, not a game publisher or a TruckersMP, Steam, Discord, TruckersHub, or Trucky product.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account details, use accounts and integrations you control, and keep your credentials and recovery methods secure. Steam and Discord authentication confirms control of those accounts; TruckersMP data may be used to verify an Odyssey membership or, for an external representative account, your VTC membership and publicly listed VTC role. You must be authorized to represent the VTC you select. Staff may restrict access if verification fails, your VTC membership changes, or an account is suspected to be compromised.
3. Acceptable use
Do not impersonate another person or VTC, interfere with the service, probe or bypass access controls, submit malicious or misleading data, abuse event booking or invitations, or use the Hub to harass or spam others. Do not upload content that violates another person’s rights or applicable rules. You are responsible for content and requests submitted through your account.
4. Integrations and notifications
Using Steam, Discord, TruckersMP, TruckersHub, or Trucky is subject to each provider’s own terms and availability. Odyssey does not control their services. Tracker connections are requested only for Odyssey driver features; external VTC representative accounts do not receive driver job or tracker data. Discord authorization alone does not opt you into direct messages: you must use the bot’s /activate command to opt in, and you can opt out through the bot or account settings. Delivery of third-party messages is not guaranteed.
5. Events, invitations and bookings
Event details may be imported from TruckersMP and displayed with local date and time formatting. Event participation, slot requests, invitations, or tickets can be subject to review by Odyssey or the event host. A request is not confirmed until its status says approved or booked. Follow the event’s posted instructions and TruckersMP rules. Odyssey may change or cancel event information when the source changes or an event is withdrawn.
6. Service availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain the service, respond to abuse, or accommodate changes to connected providers. External providers can limit access or change their APIs without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep records accurate, but imported data can be delayed or unavailable.
7. Access restriction and account closure
You can stop using the service at any time. Odyssey may suspend or close access for a breach of these terms, security concerns, provider-side eligibility changes, or operational reasons. Where practical, we will provide a reason and a way to contact the team. Account and data deletion requests can be made through the Odyssey community support channel; some records may be retained where necessary for security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
8. No warranty; liability
The Hub is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Odyssey disclaims warranties for uninterrupted availability, error-free imported information, and third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent allowed by law, Odyssey is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of a community service or third-party integration.
9. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date. For questions, account help, or deletion requests, contact the Odyssey team in the official Discord community.
